Salvatore Freni

Salvatore Freni is a Ph.D. candidate in Artificial Intelligence (40th cycle, 2024-2027) at the Politecnico di Torino, affiliated with the Department of Control and Computer Engineering (DAUIN). He serves as an External Lecturer and Teaching Assistant at DAUIN and is a member of the VANDAL - Visual and Multimodal Applied Learning Laboratory. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Multimodal Learning. He is involved in teaching activities for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Aerospace Engineering courses (Academic Year 2025/26) and is supervised by Professors Tatiana Tommasi and Ciro Cattuto.
