Clarke Jones is a Visiting Fellow at the School of Medicine and Psychology, Australian National University (ANU), and founder of the Reshape Justice Group. His expertise spans interventions/rehabilitation, prison radicalisation, correctional reform, and prison gangs. He holds a PhD from the University of New South Wales (2010), awarded through the Chief of the Australian Defence Force Fellowship. Dr. Jones has advised Philippine correctional agencies (BuCor, BJMP) for 18+ years, focusing on high-risk offender management and prison gang dynamics. He has delivered over 60 workshops for these agencies and collaborated with UNDP/UNODC as a senior consultant. Prior to academia, he spent 15+ years in Australian national security roles across police, military, and intelligence sectors.
