Dr. Clarissa Shan serves as Assistant Professor and Director of Choral Activities and Vocal Studies within the Department of Music at the University of La Verne's College of Arts and Sciences. Based in Founders Hall 8, she oversees choral programs and vocal curriculum development across the university's music division.
Her research and professional focus centers on choral conducting methodologies and vocal pedagogy, with emphasis on ensemble performance techniques and vocal training systems. This work supports the Department of Music's mission to cultivate artistic excellence through performance-based education in a liberal arts context.
