Dr. Clare Wood is an Associate Professor and Civil Engineering Programmes Director at Swansea University's Faculty of Science and Engineering, leading industry-collaborative research in sustainable construction materials, low-carbon concrete, and fluid-structure interaction (FSI). She oversees accredited undergraduate and postgraduate civil engineering programs, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration across materials science, biosciences, and history.
