Clare Watsford

Clare Watsford is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of Canberra, specializing in youth mental health interventions and perinatal wellbeing. She teaches in the Master of Clinical Psychology Program (MCP) and conducts applied clinical research.

Core research focuses include program evaluation of innovative mental health services like the UC WOKE Program targeting Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) in emerging adults, perinatal mental health optimization, and youth help-seeking behaviors.
