Dr Clare Dixon is an Honorary Lecturer in the Health Research Department at Lancaster University's Faculty of Health and Medicine. Her research focuses on trauma-related mental health in children and adolescents, interprofessional ethics education, and clinical psychology. She has contributed to studies on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), acute stress disorder, and the psychological impacts of chronic illness on families. Her work emphasizes early intervention strategies and cognitive behavioral therapies.
