Clara J:son Borg is an artist and lecturer affiliated with the Bachelor Fine Arts program at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK). She holds a BA from HDK Steneby, Gothenburg University, and an MA from The Piet Zwart Institute, Willem de Kooning Academy. Her artistic practice operates within a performative framework, integrating theoretical research, image-making, storytelling, and non-representational movement.
Her research focuses on the intersection of human vulnerability with political, social, and natural forces, exploring ontologies of the body, choreography, and knowledge production. This work is rooted in philosophical inquiry and examines how consciousness functions as an infrastructure in boundary areas between human experience and systemic forces.
