Clara Glachant is a Researcher at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development (Utrecht University) and a PhD candidate in the Technology, Innovation and Society group at Eindhoven University of Technology. Her work focuses on micromobility, sustainability transitions, and transport studies, with a particular interest in perceptions, representations, and identities in the Netherlands and UK.
She is affiliated with the ELEVATE project (collaborating with Brighton, Leeds, and Oxford) and the JUPITA special interest group at Utrecht University. Her research employs mixed-method approaches, combining survey and interview data.
Her work intersects with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to climate action and sustainable cities. She also contributes to networks like NEST and T2M, and will defend her PhD in November 2025.
Clara teaches mobility-related courses and supervises BSc and MSc students at TU/e, holding a University Teaching Qualification. Her research has been featured in peer-reviewed journals, Dutch press, and innovation-oriented media.
