Claire Wright

Claire Wright is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Hamilton Eye Institute, affiliated with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her expertise lies in clinical and surgical glaucoma, as well as cataract care, where she contributes to both patient treatment and academic research.

Her professional focus centers on glaucoma management and surgical interventions, complemented by active involvement in cataract care. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association.

Wright has held key postgraduate training roles, including a Glaucoma Fellowship at Tufts Medical Center/Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (2019–2020), Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (2016–2019), and Internal Medicine Internship at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center (2015–2016).
