Claire Leader is an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University's Nursing Midwifery and Health Department, specializing in nursing education and healthcare leadership. She currently oversees the Adult Nursing cohort of ~300 students, managing program design, student support, and quality assurance. Her research focuses on NHS workforce wellbeing and policy implementation, with a PhD expected in 2025.
