Claire Förster is an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Berkeley and a part-time lecturer at Stanford University. She holds a PhD in Robotics from ETH Zurich (2015). Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics, with recent work emphasizing reinforcement learning, computer vision, and autonomous systems. Her articles explore topics like adaptive algorithms and robotics navigation in dynamic environments. She has received the 2018 IEEE Robotics Pioneer Award and the 2020 ACM SIGAI Outstanding Contribution Award.
Dr. Förster advises two students, John Doe and Jane Smith, and collaborates with labs at Berkeley's AI Lab and Stanford's Robotics Lab. She has secured grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and Google Research for projects in autonomous systems and real-time machine learning.
