Dr. Claire Donald is a Senior Lecturer in Bacteriology at the School of Infection and Immunity, College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences, University of Glasgow. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Cellular Biology from the University of St Andrews, an MSc in Drug Design and Biomedical Science from Edinburgh Napier University, and a PhD in Virology from the University of Glasgow (2015). Her research bridges arbovirus-host interactions (focusing on Zika/Semliki Forest viruses) and pedagogical innovation using virtual reality.
