Claire Cassidy is a Professor in the Strathclyde Institute of Education at the University of Strathclyde. Her research focuses on practical philosophy with children, children's human rights, and concepts of childhood. She leads the Postgraduate Certificate in Philosophy with Children (PwC), supervises doctoral students, and collaborates with schools and organizations on professional learning initiatives. She serves on editorial boards of journals like Childhood & Philosophy and is an external examiner at multiple universities.
