Cindy M Chan

Cindy M Chan is a second-year fellow (FY2) in the Pharmacoanalytics and Outcomes Education & Training program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. This Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Fellowship is a unique collaboration between the University of Pittsburgh, UPMC Health Plan, and Novartis, providing her with experience in managed care, academic, and industry settings.

Research Focus: Her work centers on health economics and outcomes research, with specific expertise in economic modeling and retrospective analysis of healthcare claims data. These skills enable her to address meaningful real-world research questions in healthcare.

Personal Interests: Outside of her professional endeavors, Cindy enjoys culinary adventures with friends, pickleball, murder mystery games, audiobooks, cooking, and drawing.
