Professor Chun Qing Li is a Professor of Civil Engineering at RMIT University's School of Engineering, leading global research in time-dependent reliability theory and infrastructure corrosion management. He previously served as Head of School (2011-2016), significantly boosting research output and elevating RMIT's Civil Engineering ranking into the top 100 globally. His expertise spans corrosion mechanics, mixed-mode fracture failure, and risk-cost optimized maintenance strategies for critical infrastructure.
