Chun Keung Hoi

Chun Keung Hoi (nicknamed "Stan") is a Professor in the Department of Finance and Accounting at the Saunders College of Business, Rochester Institute of Technology. He holds a BA and MS from the University of North Texas and a PhD from Arizona State University.

His research spans corporate finance, tax avoidance, social capital, corporate governance, and law and finance. His work explores how corporate tax practices impact director reputation, the role of social capital in financial decisions, and the interplay between governance structures and ethical behaviors.
