Chun-Jen Chen is an associate professor at the Department of Law and Institute of Technology Law, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan. He earned his S.J.D. with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center in the United States and has extensive experience in corporate law, securities regulation, financial law, and corporate governance. He previously served as Executive Secretary of the Corporate Governance Research Center at Feng Chia University and has taught courses such as Securities Trading Law, Insurance Law, and Corporate Governance.
