Chrystina Hoffman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminology, Criminal Justice, and Legal Studies at the University of West Florida, where she has been employed since Fall 2019. Her research focuses on victimization, particularly examining the long-term consequences of bullying, sexual victimization of college students, re-victimization, and racial disparities in victimization risks.

Her publications appear in peer-reviewed journals like Youth Violence & Juvenile Justice, Journal of Interpersonal Violence, and Journal of Ethnicity in Criminal Justice, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to victimology and criminology.
Hoffman teaches courses in Criminology, Drugs, Crime, & Criminal Justice, and contributes to undergraduate and graduate programs. She is involved in research partnerships with institutions such as FSU Law and Stetson Law through 3+3 programs.
