Chrystal Jansz is an Assistant Professor in the Applied Behavior Analysis department at The Chicago School's College of Graduate and Professional Studies. She joined the institution in 2016 as an instructor and now serves as Program Chair for the online ABA program. With over 20 years of experience as an instructor, researcher, and clinician in Canada and the United States, she specializes in behavior analysis, autism, and trauma-informed interventions.

Her work emphasizes practical applications in clinical and educational settings.
She has been credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, and International Behavior Analyst, and is a Master Trainer for The Road to Recovery. Prior to joining The Chicago School, she directed clinical services at a lab-based intensive treatment center for children with ASD and evaluated support programs for college students with ASD.
