Allen J. Karsina

Dr. Allen J. Karsina is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Behavior Analysis at Regis College. With over 30 years of experience in working with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and developmental disabilities, he teaches courses in behavior assessment, ethical practice, and foundational principles of ABA.

• BA in Political Philosophy from University of Chicago

His research focuses on differential reinforcement, data-driven decision-making, and improving learning efficiency through sensory integration techniques.
