Christopher Shaffer

Christopher Shaffer is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Biology at Washington University. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Washington and a PhD in Genetics from Cornell University. His research focuses on genomic analysis, epigenetics, and bioinformatics. He teaches courses such as Phage Hunters, an innovative freshman research lab, and leads computational biology workshops.
