Christopher Miller

Christopher Miller, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center's School of Medicine. He joined the faculty in 2022 after completing a fellowship in functional neurosurgery at Thomas Jefferson University.

• Education: BA in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University, MD from University of Kansas School of Medicine
• Residency: Neurosurgery at KU Medical Center, serving as co-chief resident

Dr. Miller's research focuses on optimizing epilepsy patient outcomes and leveraging MR image processing for diagnosing and treating neurological disorders like essential tremor and Parkinson's disease. His clinical expertise spans epilepsy surgery, movement disorders, spine procedures, and tumor treatment.

Recent publications demonstrate his work in stereotactic neurosurgery, surgical epilepsy program expansion, and regulatory impacts on resident training. He has contributed to advancements in non-linear MR imaging analysis and frontal sinus repair techniques.
