Christopher McGregor is a Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on Xenotransplantation, Cardiac Transplantation, and Lung Transplantation, addressing challenges in immune suppression and graft survival.
Recent work includes preclinical models for cardiac xenotransplantation and ethical frameworks for clinical translation. Collaborations span Nonhuman Primate research, Genetic Engineering, and Porcine Xenograft development.
