Christopher M. Bruner is the Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law at the University of Georgia School of Law and co-director of the Dean Rusk International Law Center. He holds a courtesy appointment at the UGA Terry College of Business. His research focuses on corporate law, governance, sustainability, and comparative law, with notable works including The Corporation as Technology (2022) and Re-Imagining Offshore Finance (2016). Bruner has been recognized with awards such as the C. Ronald Ellington Award for Excellence in Teaching and the AALS Scholarly Papers Award. He teaches courses on corporate law, securities regulation, and international business law.
