Christopher Loose is the co-founder and CEO of Progentos Therapeutics, developing restorative therapies for multiple sclerosis. He serves as the Executive Director of Yale University’s Center for Biomedical and Interventional Technology and holds an academic appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor of Urology at the Yale School of Medicine.

Dr. Loose’s research focuses on biotechnology and regenerative medicine, particularly platform technologies for addressing unmet clinical needs. His work spans medical device innovations (e.g., antimicrobial surface modifications at Semprus BioSciences) and regenerative therapies for hearing loss (via Frequency Therapeutics) and multiple sclerosis (via Progentos Therapeutics).
