Christopher Lim

Dr. Christopher Lim is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Global Innovation and Leadership within the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business at San José State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change, and an MSc in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde. Dr. Lim is recognized for his teaching excellence, having received the "Master Teacher" designation (2018-2020) and the sole recipient of the "Distinguished Lecturer Teaching Award" (2021). He teaches courses in Global Business Dimensions, Operations Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management at SJSU, while also contributing to Golden Gate University's Doctoral Business Administration program.

His research focuses on corporate social responsibility, business ethics, leadership development, AI applications in business, and supply chain strategies. Prior to academia, Dr. Lim spent over two decades in global supply chain management, leading teams for clients like Apple Inc. as a Senior Director in Commercial Development. He co-founded E.A.S.E. Education and EASE Management Consulting, focusing on educational enrichment and leadership consulting. Dr. Lim actively engages in entrepreneurial ventures and maintains a passion for music and running.

Teaching responsibilities include upper-division business courses and doctoral-level instruction. His professional experience blends academia with executive leadership, emphasizing practical applications of theoretical concepts in global business environments.
