Christopher L. Heffner is a licensed psychologist and core faculty member in the Clinical Psychology Program at Antioch University Seattle. He teaches Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Clinical Supervision. As founder and director of the Positive Psychology Lab, he explores human flourishing, resilience, and well-being, integrating technology and media psychology into clinical practice.
