Christopher Krebs

Dr. Christopher Krebs is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Science at Eastern Connecticut State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychological Sciences from West Virginia University and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Texas Medical Branch’s Center for Addiction Research. His research focuses on applying behavioral principles to address social issues, particularly in decision-making, impulsive behavior, health, and education. He collaborates with Dr. Jenna Scisco on interventions combining behavioral analysis and occupational health, such as using self-tailored deposit contracts to promote treadmill desk usage.

Dr. Krebs emphasizes holistic learning in his teaching, fostering an inclusive classroom environment that integrates students’ diverse perspectives. He teaches courses like Principles of Learning, which introduces behavior analysis concepts and their real-world applications.
