Christopher Dalbom serves as Senior Research Fellow, Director of the Institute on Water Resources Law and Policy, and Deputy Director of the MJ in Environmental & Energy Law at Tulane University Law School. A recognized leader in Louisiana water law and coastal adaptation policy, he has dedicated his career to addressing complex water resource challenges through legal frameworks and policy development.

Dalbom's research centers on interstate water compacts, comparative water law, and Mississippi River management, with significant contributions to Deepwater Horizon disaster recovery through RESTORE Act implementation. As Institute Director, he oversees multidisciplinary teams tackling climate adaptation legal frameworks.
