Christopher Chlebovec is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Lakehead University. His academic journey includes a PhD from the University of New Brunswick (2016), an MSc (2010) and BSc (2008) from Lakehead University. Prior to his current role (2024–present), he served as a Contract Lecturer and Limited Term Appointment Assistant Professor at Lakehead University from 2014–2024.

- MSc (2010), Lakehead University
- BSc (2008), Lakehead University
Chlebovec’s research focuses on C*-algebras and C*-dynamical systems, with significant contributions to non-unital ASH algebras, KMS states, and structural properties of Cantor sets. His work intersects operator theory, functional analysis, and fractal geometry.
Recent publications highlight trends in operator algebras and dynamical systems, including crossed products of graph algebras, quasi-free actions, and geometric properties of Cantor sets. Collaborative efforts span topics in noncommutative geometry and mathematical physics.
