Christopher Aldeguer is an Adjunct Instructor in Hip Hop Dance at the University of South Carolina's Department of Theatre and Dance within the McCausland College of Arts and Sciences. With 18 years of professional dance experience, he specializes in hip hop culture and performance.
His research focuses on movement techniques, choreography, and cultural expression in hip hop. He has performed internationally with The Company and Unbound Dance Company, and collaborated with artists including BTS and Mariah Carey.
A 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, Aldeguer also leads children's climbing programs and maintains an active philosophy of lifelong learning.
