Christophe Vanroelen

Christophe Vanroelen is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), affiliated with the Brussels Institute for Social and Population Studies (BRISPO). His research focuses on the intersection of labor conditions and health outcomes, with particular expertise in precarious employment, job quality, and socio-economic health disparities.

His primary research interests include work-related health risks, socio-economic differences in health, job quality, precarious employment, future of work, and financial accessibility of healthcare for vulnerable populations in Belgium.
