Christophe Abrassart is Associate Professor at the School of Design within University of Montreal's Faculty of Environmental Design. He co-directs the Lab Ville Prospective and the Montreal Declaration on Responsible AI initiative, with expertise spanning sustainable urban design, strategic foresight, and ecodesign.
His research explores four interconnected domains: sustainable urban futures through strategic foresight workshops; circular economy and sustainable mobility; design theory focusing on codesign and ethics; and the intersection of AI with urban development.
Education includes a PhD in Management Science (Mines ParisTech), Master's in Environmental Engineering, and degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Sorbonne University.
