Research interests center on how cultural and experiential factors shape subjective reality, with specific expertise in color perception, sensory augmentation, and unconscious learning mechanisms. His work explores memory colors, illumination invariance, and cross-modal sensory integration.
Recent publications examine color category constancy, neural networks in color naming, and sensory representation of reflectances. Articles span journals like Vision Research, Scientific Reports, and Cerebral Cortex, emphasizing empirical approaches to perceptual psychology.
