Christoph Korb is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology in the Department of Law and Ethnology under Marie-Claire Foblets. His work focuses on technical support for research platforms and database development, particularly in the CUREDI (Cultural and Religious Diversity under State Law across Europe) project. Previously, he was a Lecturer for Special Tasks at the Institute of Sociology, Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, and worked in the Integration and Conflict Department at Max Planck Institute.

His research interests include election research, political sociology, sociology of the welfare state, and applied quantitative social research. He contributed to the development of a textbook on descriptive statistics for political scientists and has been involved in projects analyzing kinship networks and municipal electoral communities.
