Prof. Christoph Böhringer is a Professor of Economic Policy at Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg (since 2007). Previously, he held a professorship at Heidelberg University (2004–2007) and led research departments at ZEW Mannheim and IER Stuttgart. His expertise spans climate policy, energy economics, and computable general equilibrium modeling.
Education: PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) in Economics from the University of Stuttgart (1995), and a degree in Economic Engineering from Technical University of Karlsruhe (1991).
