Christoffer Boström

Christoffer Boström is an Associate Professor in Environmental and Marine Biology at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Åbo Akademi University. His research focuses on marine ecosystems, particularly seagrass meadows and coastal habitats in the Baltic Sea region, with significant contributions to understanding blue carbon storage and ecosystem services.

His research expertise spans several critical areas of marine science:
