Dr. Christofer Daiberl is a researcher at the Chair of Information Systems I, Innovation and Value Creation within the School of Business, Economics and Society at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). He holds a Master of Science in International Business Studies from FAU and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Universität Bayreuth and the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, with a major in information systems and service management. His research focuses on open (service) innovation, service design, and networked service productivity, primarily using design science research methodologies.
His recent publications address topics such as multi-sided open innovation platforms in medical technology, text analytics for sustainability-oriented open innovation, and co-creation approaches for e-mobility services. He has contributed to journals like Electronic Markets and Sustainability, as well as conference proceedings at ISPIM, RESER, and OpenSym. His work emphasizes practical applications of digital technology in small and medium enterprises, reflecting his prior experience in companies like A-M-T GmbH, Audi AG, and MunichRe AG. He co-founded a consultancy leveraging digital tools for open innovation and service development.
