Christofer Berglund is a researcher specializing in nationalism, state-building, and international affairs with a focus on post-Soviet Eurasia. He currently serves as a principal investigator for two research projects funded by Formas and Östersjöstiftelsen. His work examines borderland governance and political socialization in divided societies. Associated with the International Centre for Defence and Security (ICDS) in Tallinn, he has held positions at Uppsala University, Charles University, and the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI). He holds a doctoral degree from an unspecified university and has been a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University's Davis Center.
