Christo Wilson is a Professor in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University and directs the BS in Cybersecurity Program. He also serves as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs. His research focuses on algorithm auditing, privacy, and sociotechnical systems, with notable work on Google Search personalization, Uber surge pricing, and dark patterns. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Research highlights include launching the National Internet Observatory (NSF-funded), investigating algorithmic bias in hiring and search engines, and studying the impact of CFAA reforms. He collaborates with institutions like the Berkman Klein Center and the Anti-Defamation League.
Teaching: CS 4700/5700 (Network Fundamentals), CS 3700 (Networks and Distributed Systems), and Cybersecurity courses. Active in service roles, including co-chair of the FAT* Conference and Privacy Law Scholars Conference.
