Christle Coxon is a Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Roehampton, affiliated with the Centre for Research in Psychological Wellbeing. Her research focuses on the interplay between human behavior, diet, and health, with particular emphasis on disordered eating and the relationship between nutrition and mental health/sleep. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Roehampton (2019), an MSc in Sports & Exercise Science (2013), and a BSc in Exercise Science from the University of Cape Town (2003).

Her articles analyze topics like vegan/vegetarian dietary identity, systemic inflammation’s role in mental health, and sleep-duration correlations with diet. She actively participates in academic conferences and organizes research events on diet and mental health.
