Christine Tippett is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa, specializing in science and STEM education. Her research focuses on early childhood STEM education and the role of visual representations in science learning. A former engineer with a B.A.Sc. in Mining Engineering, her interdisciplinary background influences her pedagogical approaches. She leads the STEM in the Early Years research project, advocating for foundational STEM learning in young children.
