Christine Selby is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Director of the Athletic Counseling Program at Springfield College. She also operates a part-time private practice as a licensed counseling and sport psychologist through Selby Psychological Services, PLLC. She holds credentials as a certified eating disorder specialist and has emeritus status as a certified mental performance consultant.
Education:
- Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas
- Master’s degree from Springfield College
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carthage College (Class of ’92)

- Represents the Society for Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology on the APA’s Council of Representatives
