Christine P. Ries is a Professor in the School of Economics at Georgia Tech, with prior faculty roles at Harvard Business School, Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and Stanford University. She chairs multiple boards, including the Georgia Public Policy Foundation and the Georgia Tech Program in Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy. Her research focuses on free market economics, corporate strategy, Big Data analytics, and tax policy’s impact on economic growth. She holds a PhD in International Business Economics from the University of Chicago (1977).
