Christine L. Anderson is an Associate Professor at the Boyer College of Music and Dance, Temple University, specializing in Vocal Arts. She holds academic affiliations with the Voice and Opera programs and can be contacted at christine.anderson@temple.edu.

As a soprano soloist, Anderson has performed extensively with contemporary music ensembles, premiering works by composers like George Crumb, Lukas Foss, and Krzysztof Penderecki. She has also contributed to music education through master classes, adjudication roles, and leadership as former director of the Voice Program at the University of Cincinnati’s Summer Music Institute.
Anderson’s pedagogical work spans institutions such as the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music’s Musical Theater Department. She has delivered pre-concert lectures for the Philadelphia Chamber Music Society and the Philadelphia Orchestra, while collaborating with notable vocal instructors like Andrew White, Lorenzo Malfatti, Helen Laird, and John Alexander.
