Christine Hamm is a Professor of Nordic Literature at the Department of Linguistic, Literary and Aesthetic Studies, University of Bergen. She actively contributes to literary dissemination through public lectures, media appearances (e.g., NRK podcasts), and editing roles in academic journals.
Publications include over 100 articles/chapters and edited volumes like Hva er arbeiderlitteratur? (2017) and Parents in the Modern Age (2013). Current works in progress include a book on precarious motherhood and studies applying everyday language philosophy to Nordic literature.
