Christine G. Mooney is a Professor of Law at Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law and serves as Director of Professional Skills. Teaching since 1999, her courses include Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy, Trial Advocacy, Interviewing and Counseling, and Civil Pretrial, alongside foundational legal writing courses. She specializes in professional skills training, legal education reform, and negotiation strategies, with a focus on practical pedagogy.
