Christine Feak

Christine Feak is a Lecturer at the English Language Institute (ELI) within the College of Literature, Science, and Arts at the University of Michigan. She has served in this role since 1988.

Her research focuses on the discourse analysis of academic legal genres, medical writing, the evaluation of non-native speaker (NNS) writing, and positioning in graduate student writing. She plays a key role in coordinating ELI 994, a program related to college teaching in the U.S. for international graduate students.
