Christine Daigle is a Professor of Philosophy at Brock University, where she serves as the Chancellor’s Chair for Research Excellence. She is also the Director of the Posthumanism Research Institute (stepping down in 2024 but remaining on the Executive Committee) and a member of the UNESCO Chair on Community Sustainability research team.

- Environmental Posthumanities and sustainability rethinking (“Beyond Sustainability” project)
- Anthropocene and extinction studies
Scientific Contributions:
- Co-investigator on SSHRC Insight grant (2023-2026) for Bomb Pulse: Cultural and Philosophical Readings of Time Signatures in the Anthropocene
- Lead researcher for A Joyful Extinction project at Universität Heidelberg (2024)
- Co-editor of the book series Posthumanism in Practice (2024-2025 volume)
