Christine Catling is an NHMRC Research Fellow and Professor of Midwifery Research at University of Technology Sydney, with conjoint appointment at Northern Sydney Local Health District. She leads the 'Group Clinical Supervision for Midwives in Sydney' project, examining burnout reduction strategies across 12 maternity sites. Previously Director of Midwifery Studies, her work addresses emotional aspects of midwifery through structured support systems.
